Josh Cunningham is a Commercial Real Estate Agent with the Echelberger Team. His focus is primarily Income Properties and Commercial Real Estate in San Clemente, Dana Point and the surrounding areas. Seeing the growing need for a specialist in this sector of our local market, Doug joined forces with Josh to provide clients with an array of new services extending into commercial leasing and sales of retail, office and apartment complexes. Josh joins the Echelberger team with an extensive background in Commercial Real Estate leasing and financing. He has overseen transactions with all major commercial property types and understands the complexities with the Commercial Real Estate market. As a Commercial Lending Department Manager for L.A. County, Josh developed a large database of lenders, attorneys, appraisers and contractors. These relationships that Josh has culminated throughout the years have proven to be vital in accomplishing a smooth transaction. Josh ensures that clients are well-represented and quickly learns their needs to ensure that they are comfortable during the entire process. Carrie Ann has been a Buyer’s Specialist with the Echelberger Team since 2004. Her unique contribution to our team includes 20 years of prior corporate experience in marketing, training development, and public relations for which she was the recipient of numerous industry awards. This experience has been a great asset in her ability to assess her client’s needs quickly and to provide information, technology, and support that is necessary and expected for our clients real estate needs. Nicole Josse joined Doug Echelberger in 1990 as a transaction coordinator and personal assistant. She is a consummate professional with a strong work ethic and extensive background of the local area.
