This year is off to a fast start in Real Estate and our unseasonal weather makes it seem as though spring has sprung! With so much focus on politics in the media, people have yet to realize that the Real Estate market accelerated in January. With interest rates at all time lows, buyers have started purchasing homes in larger numbers than we have seen in a while.
Over this past weekend I sat down and started compiling the Green Sheet data for Talega, and comparing the averages of last years’ Talega Chart to this month. It was interesting to see that this time last year, the total active listings for Talega was 102, compared to our current inventory of 41 active listings.
