News from the Echelberger Group

I hope that you had a great holiday season.  My family and I enjoyed the holidays and I had some really great changes in my business.  In November, I changed companies and the Echelberger Group is now with Surterre Properties.  I couldn’t be happier with the company, the staff, the networking and the marketing of Surterre Properties.  In my 17 years of selling real estate, it truly is the best that I have seen, or experienced.  Please feel free to stop by our new office in San Clemente, at 621 S.  I am excited to share with you that www.echelberger.com has been redesigned with several new features.  The Green Sheet is now live and you can look at it any time, sort any data column and view photos or details on every property.  In addition, the Green Sheet is now available for every community in San Clemente.  Just click on the community and to the right you will find the Green Sheet link.  I would love for you to visit www.echelberger.com and give me your feedback.

I would also like to share that Chris Walker has joined the Echelberger Group.   Chris lives in Forster Ranch and has a strong presence in his community.  As an established and successful agent, I felt that having him as part of my group would strengthen our ability to meet our client’s needs at a higher level.   Chris brings to the Echelberger Group, and his clients, an exceptionally thorough grasp of the real estate transaction from start to finish.  A well-rounded real estate professional who’s certified ePro and SFR, Chris is seasoned when it comes to facilitating the sale and purchase of properties . He works diligently and with meticulous attention to detail, keeping the client’s best interests his utmost priority at all times. His goal is to help buyers and sellers realize their most important objectives.  Some of you may recognize his name from San Clemente Little League.  Chris has been deeply involved in the SCLL program for years and enjoys coaching teams to victory.  His expertise in real estate, friendly disposition and impeccable reputation makes Chris a valuable asset to the Echelberger Group.  I feel very lucky to have such a talented associate with my group.
