How Litigation Effects Homeownership

Litigation is a hot topic in Orange County Real Estate.  The reason why: it has a real effect on homeownership, especially in new-build communities. It effects everyone – both buyers and sellers alike.  If a lawsuit is filed by a homeowner, litigation not only plays a role within the sale of their home but all neighboring real estate transactions as well.
