2017 Orange County Market Forecast - PRESENTED BY THE ECHELBERGER GROUP
As we enter the Spring Market, it is important to be aware of what is forecasted for the Orange County Market in 2017. In past articles, you have heard me reference The Orange County Housing Report by Stephen Thomas. His forecast for 2017 accurately reflects what I am seeing within our local market.
We are approaching an equilibrium within the Orange County Market – a market that does not favor just the seller or just the buyer. This is something that we have not experienced since the second half of 2014. To clarify, we have not been in a true buyer’s market since the start of 2011. Change is in the air.
