The Spring Market is in full swing. As expected, this is the best time to list your home for sale. But, despite optimal market conditions, many homeowners are opting not to sell (or at least not yet). As a result, there is very limited inventory and very high demand, causing values to rise. We have not seen a market like this since July 2013.

As we have discussed before, even a hot housing market is dependent on price.
